This special and innovative frame allows you to combine two worlds creating your own beautiful hand-woven inserts, panels, or Appliqués. With this NEW technique additional texture is added with any yarn, cords or ribbon which takes your embroidery to another level. The weaving is planned and woven, done by hand on the Embroven© Frame before the machine embroidery is started. The frame is then placed onto your normal embroidery hoop and stitched by replacing any applique section in a design. Special steps are designed for the Embroven© woven parts for all the following designs. A few basic tools such as a tapestry needle and a comb are required. Frames for Bernina and Husqvarna machines are being developed and should be available soon. International orders will be taken from end June 2026. To stitch any of these motifs with the hand-woven inserts a 6 x 10-inch EMBROVEN© Frame is required. The set also supplies a few basic handweaving patterns. In some designs a full woven frame is required depending on the actual motif. Others only require smaller woven parts all depends on what you need for your project. Once you have stitched a few of these motifs you will be able to transform any applique part of a design into a little woven masterpiece. These are currently available only for brother embroidery machines. Please take note of the following about the EMBROVEN (c) Frame: .pes Files/format is only available in South Africa from Da Fox Sews (PTY) LTD at e-mail address: dafoxsews@gmail.com. The Embroven© manual is also supplied when purchasing the frame. Orders should clearly state that it is for Embroven© for Brother machine and state the size(s) (a) 6x10"/160x260mm. Once and order has been placed the banking details will be shared for EFT/Credit Card payment. Frames for Bernina and Husqvarna machines are being developed and should be available soon. My collections are mostly projects based which include unique techniques and require special needles, attachments, feet, specialized fabrics, yarns and threads, tapes, pins, stabilizers, temporary spray adhesives, zippers, rhinestones as well as in-the –hoop projects, soft toys (layers of heavy and or stretch fabric with stuffed parts) in different hoop sizes which require special attention. Please read all the warnings for this and HEED all the safety tips and messages. Never enlarge, reduce, change the sewing order, or use a part of design to create your own as this cause problems and the quality of the design. Remove pins, tapes, slow down the machine and always keep your hands out of the embroidery area. These designs are sold for domestic embroidery machines and NOT for industrial embroidery machines. Industrial embroiderers must FIRST obtain permission from Louisa Meyer of Louisa Meyer Originals© BEFORE making purchase for mass production. (This may be subject to royalties for retail) You are welcome to sell your projects at flea markets but do not mass produce any. This is designed for a domestic embroidery machine and will overheat. Always oil and clean your machine, especially fluff and thread bits from the bobbin area, thread cutter and auto threader after using any of special techniques and products mentioned above. Refer to your own machine’s manual to use attachments properly and have it serviced as required. Test the sample design if supplied. Enjoy making these projects.
